DACC Client Retention SpecialistJoe is our most famous DACC resident. On Christmas Eve during the blizzard of 2006, Joseph and his brother were left in a taped up box outside our building. As one of our employees was leaving for the night, she saw a paw waving out of the top of the box. Joe was about 5 years old. Joe and his brother were NOT the best of friends, so Joe became our clinic cat. He loves to walk around and greet our clients and their pets. Most of the time, you can find Joe relaxing in his bed on the front desk.
DACC Client Retention SpecialistAlister was found with his 4 sisters. They were about 1 week old at the time, and no one was ever able to locate their mom. Our hospital manager, Jessica, bottled raised the litter. When it was time for this little family to go to their new homes, Alister had found a special place in Jessca’s heart. Alister splits his time between running around in the Administrative Office’s with Lita and greeting clients downstairs with Joe. Whereever he is, you can guarantee he is creating some type of commotion!
DACC Client Retention SpecialistLita is our Administrative Office’s cat. She spends her day lounging on the desk of Jessica, Colleen or Dr. McManus. Lita was found in the middle of a terrible snowstorm, living in a hollowed out tree with a litter of newborn kittens. The person who found Lita and her babies immediately brought them to DACC. All of Lita’s kittens found loving homes, but Lita was very shy. She ended up being most comfortable enjoying her days with the DACC staff, so she decided to make this place her home. Now, she spends her time laying in the sun or sleeping on the couch.
